Refund Policy
Everything we sell is a digital download, so there is nothing to ship back. If a guide isn't right for you, we'll refund it.
30-day refund
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Email info@ebooklibraryco.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number, and we'll take care of it.
You keep the E-Book.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process it, most banks post the funds within 5 – 10 business days.
After 30 days
We can't process refunds on purchases more than 30 days old.
Trouble with your download?
If your link didn't arrive or the file won't open, you don't need a refund — email us and we'll send your file directly, usually the same day.
